Distance Sales Contract

BUYER: The person/address specified in the order form.

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically via nerishoes.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and related regulations.

Product details (name, color, size, quantity, price) are specified in the order confirmation email.

Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.

The order amount is charged to the card upon payment confirmation.

All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.

Products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery within Turkey takes 2–4 business days.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty.

Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to info@nerishoes.com.

Products that have been used, damaged, or removed from original packaging are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Upon return and inspection of the product, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Products sold are covered by a 2 (two) year statutory warranty.

Defective products resulting from manufacturing are eligible for free repair or replacement.

Normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.

In case of disputes, the parties will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

The consumer may submit complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court.

Competent court: Adana Consumer Courts.

This contract enters into force on the date the BUYER confirms the order.

This contract is governed by Turkish law.
