Delivery & Return Policy

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery within Turkey takes 2–4 business days. International shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Orders placed by 17:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Carrier: Yurtiçi Kargo / MNG Kargo (may vary by stock and region).

Delivery is made to the address provided in the order form. Neri Shoes is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at info@nerishoes.com or via WhatsApp.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the product is delivered to you or a third party designated by you.

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (box, tissue paper, etc.).

The insole of the shoe must show no signs of use.

Returns are not accepted if labels have been removed or the product has been tampered with.

For hygiene reasons, personal items such as inner socks or insoles are excluded from the return policy.

Step 1: Send an email to info@nerishoes.com with the subject 'Return Request', including your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: After receiving a confirmation email, ship the product in its original packaging to the address below:

Step 3: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrectly sent products.

Step 4: Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

If the product you received is defective, incomplete, or different from your order, please notify us within 48 hours with photos at info@nerishoes.com.

In such cases, return/exchange shipping costs are covered by Neri Shoes.
